Our movies genre

 After talking it out with my group we have made our decision. We have decided to go with comedy as our genre. It’s a little out of the ordinary but we think we can make it work. We have talked it through, went back and forth but finally made a decision. My team and I decided on this genre because we wanted something different from a regular crime movie. In a regular movie we knew that we would have a leader, a kidnapping, etc. I’m our comedy we thought we would make it kind of a reality show. In this sense we would have breaks in our movie where we go into “rooms” where we talk about/ complain about what’s happening. We also thought about having a shorter kidnapping scene since it wouldn’t be revolved about that for the most part. My team and I personally think we are very funny so we think that this genre would fit all of us. When we are by ourselves we always life and have a good time so hopefully it will be the same while filming. Since this will be our longest film we plan to put a lot of time and dedication into it. Although Nicole and I both have jobs, we all are now able to drive and meet each other when we are all free. It is also convenient that we all have the same class and see each other basically everyday. Unless someone doesn’t come to school, we always have the opportunity to talk about out upcoming film. We are very excited to see how this turns out and how we do with the comedy genre.
