End of production

 The end has struck, we had a long road ahead of us, but we persevered. From having partners who don't contribute to having partners who do everything. My crew and I are ecstatic for everyone to witness the video we put so much effort into. We have learnt a lot along the way, even if it isn't the greatest. We've learnt a lot from one other as a group that we can apply in our daily lives to keep moving forward. Aside from that, we hope everyone enjoys this film. We invested a lot of time and work into this film, and we hope it paid off. We aim to learn more next year and build on what we've learnt as this is the last project of the year. My colleagues and I will be extremely anxious around this time due to approaching testing. It will be a relief to have this burden removed from our shoulders. My team and I are hoping to study together and pass our upcoming exam with flying colors. We hope to return next year with all of the necessary information to put on an even greater show. This picture necessitated a level of preparation that we didn't realize we were capable of. It's incredible how we managed to organize everything with only seeing each other every other day. I believe that texting in our group chat really aided our communication; otherwise, many things would have been misconstrued. We constantly kept each other informed of new tasks and due dates, as well as what we did in class if someone was absent. When it came to filming and editing, everyone chipped in, and there was nothing to be unhappy about. Working with my team was a blast! We were fantastic.

Genre Research: Comedy

  My group and I are also researching comedy. As much as we want action, we also need to laugh. A comedy would also be a lot easier for us since we can just be ourselves. Comedy movies have a lot of close- ups, pans, long shots, and zooms. Close ups allow you to lead your audience into a more intimate setting. You can literally bring your audience closer to the action. And it emphasizes the importance of what we see. But as the push continues, it all breaks, letting viewers know they're watching a comedy movie.Long shots  give an overall context to the scene and usually lets viewers know that what we’re seeing right now isn’t the whole picture... until it zooms all the way out. Static shots, or stand still shots, build suspense. In comedy movies it allows room for the characters to correct themselves or something, Almost like a "wait for it" moment.    Props Being that our commercial is an Apple Watch commercial, our main prop will be the Apple Watch. However we will also have different color Apple Watch bands as well as props aswell Costumes We have came up with these costumes to flow with the message we are trying to portray of the apple watch within that scene. Therefore, two of us will be exempliying the athletics perks of the Apple Watch, by wearing athletic clothing, to show the health and workout benefits of the watch. Another scene will include one of us wearing a really nice outfit, which may include, but is not limited to a nice shirt, jeans and some nice shows. This will help show the customization part of the watch and how stylist it can be and easy access it can. Film review changes

My group and I worked on our film in class. We talked about what modifications we thought needed to be made before we started. My colleagues and I showed our video to strangers last week. They offered us their feedback on how they liked our film and what modifications they thought should be made once they had seen it. We reviewed which adjustments we could and couldn't change as the group went around discussing what changes they were told to make. Many users claimed that the sound was an issue, and that it was difficult to hear specific parts of the actor or actress. Damaine did his best to improve the volume, but it couldn't be adjusted completely without re-filming everything. The editing was also brought to our attention as a concern. We'd have to fix it because some people thought it looked choppy. Damaine corrected what he could as the rest of the crew and I stood behind him, watching what he was doing.
